PROPERTY INVESTMENT

The Property Investment Division (PI Division) owns in total 3 commercial properties. These three are Kota Raya Complex, Plaza Berjaya and Berjaya Megamall with an average occupancy rate of 53%.

HOTELS & RESORTS

Berjaya Hotels & Resorts Division operates the hotels & resorts business segment of B-Land. Currently owning and operating 26 hotels and resorts locally and internationally with a total gross revenue of RM166 million.

MOTOR RETAILING

Motor retailing, repair and maintenance and provision of aftersales and insurance services are among the principal activities of the company alongside gaming and lottery management, hotels & resorts amd recreation development.

LOTTERY MANAGEMENT

Sports TOTO, the principal operating subsidiary of BToto has approximately 680 outlets operating throughout the country, operating 8 games namely Toto 4D, Toto 4D Jackpot, Toto 4D Zodiac, Toto 5D, Toto 6D, Power Toto 6/55 & Supreme Toto 6/58.
Berjaya Land Berhad ("B-Land") was incorporated in 1990 to implement the Restructuring Scheme undertaken by Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("Sports Toto").

Tropika @ Bukit Jalil

The Tropika at Bukit Jalil comprises of four towers of 868 units of apartments together with 9 units of shop offices, 1 grocer space and 11 retail outlets built over 2.6 hectares of freehold land. 

Tower A and Tower B comprising of 229 units and 236 units respectively with sizes ranging from 732 square feet (two bedrooms) to 1,318 square feet (three bedrooms) recorded a total number of 121 units sold as at 30 June 2020 with a total sales value of RM95 million. 

The Property Development Division has also successfully secured Jaya Grocer as its anchor tenant for the commercial component with a total area of 23,695 square feet. 

As for the shop offices and retail spaces, Property Development Division identifies and approaches businesses that complements Jaya Grocer to provide the lifestyle and services to the occupants of the residential units.
